Grant Dickson started Blufair in 2025 to continue what his father had built with Kerdic Homes, as Kerdic branch into more commercial dwellings. 

 

As a carpenter himself, starting Blufair to chase his dream of building was an easy decision.  Our eye for quality craftmanship led us to working with our reliable trades who individually have over 30 years’ experience in the industry.
